Shipping & Returns

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. After this period, we are unable to offer a return or exchange. All items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed. They should be in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.  For health and safety reasons, certain items such as personalized or custom apparel may not be eligible for returns or exchanges.

​If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the same process as for returns. Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested exchange is unavailable, we will issue a refund.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we’ve made an error (e.g., sending the wrong item).

How to Return an Item:

 Please reach out to our customer support team at [email address] or via our website’s contact form to initiate a return or exchange. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund. We’ll also cover the return shipping costs for defective items.
